2. Ordering and Payment: When placing an order, please make sure to provide accurate and complete information. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. Once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate any changes to names, shipping addresses, or billing information.

3. Shipping and Delivery: We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that we are unable to combine or split orders, add discount codes, or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses after the checkout process. Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments typically take 5-10 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier. Please refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.

4. All Sales are Final: We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please review your order carefully before completing it. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us upon receipt with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and attach a photo. Please note that we cannot process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used.
